RCoPP 2900 is a grade desinged for extrusion and thermoforming. It offers excellent clarity, fast cycle time. Additionally, it provides fast crystallization speed and uniform, isotropic shrinkage enabling fast forming.
This is a high flow resin with good processing ease, fast set-up, superior clarity and gloss. It also has good mold release.
STAR RCoPP 1.8.900 is a polypropylene random copolymer (PP Random Copolymer) material designed for thermoforming.
MED RCoPP 20905 is a transparent polypropylene random copolymer, modified with a nucleating agent, suitable for articles which need post sterilisation with radiation. It is is characterized by easy processability, high transparency, high gloss and a good stiffness-impact balance. Products moulded from this grade and radiated with the dose of 25 kGy have a shelf-life of 5 years, if properly stored. Material can also be sterilised with ethylene oxide and steam.
